Regardless of where we live, what hue of pigmentation wraps around our essence and lifeblood, we all carry the desire for safety, and belonging, our internal dissonance and its impact on our body system screams for coherence. We all wanted to be treated justly. While we have all of this in common, we have different lived experiences which creates the need for customized solutions built on these foundational pillars. When we can see the global and respect the need to honor local and honor story, we can begin to reap a common tangible outcome – reduced fragmentation, personal and cultural healing, stronger mental health, increased prosperity, and more.
If education is the carrier system, then we all need to think about the RESET looks like for our geographic and demographic. Although the language and narrative may shift, it always speaks of belonging, coherence, and equity. It’s not a program, it’s a way of being with each other.
