We are excited about our forthcoming tool for Professional Learning Communities (PLC). Reset on Deck is a professional learning card game designed to help schools and educators explore and apply the principles of Universal Equity Pedagogy (UEP). Using a set of 22 custom icons, the game challenges participants to recognize patterns of fragmentation, problem blindness, and misaligned practices while practicing shifts toward coherence, equity, and trauma-resilient strategies.
